It's been a lovely week, surprisingly! Ministry incompetence aside, things might be looking up. I had a wonderful date, and found plenty of things to keep me occupied. Did you know that there's a fight club right here in London? I just watched. Of course. That didn't make it any less fascinating, it was one of those no-rules sorts of arrangements where you go until you give up or pass out. There was so much blood, you could almost taste the metal in the air.

I'm in Paris with my father. I've missed it here, it's so beautiful! In a few days, I'll be back home for good, he just has work to finish up first. We're having a big family event over the Easter weekend, the entire extended family is coming. I haven't seen many of them in years, so I'm very much looking forward to it.

Hello, Hogwarts! Some rotten snake's told me that there's mischief afoot, and so, I thought that it it would be a lovely time for a new game.

And it's simple, really, all you have to do is take a guess. The winner gets ten galleons right out of my pocket, and if they so desire, they can come with me while I turn the person in. I may throw in some chocolate.

This weekend has done wonders in the way of convincing my father that Hogwarts is a suitable place for me. He entertained the idea of a last minute transfer back to Beauxbatons this summer...considering all that's been going on, with the war and such. Now that he's assured that the place is safe and that most of the professors are competent, there's no more cause for worry.

He seems to be enjoying himself, which is lovely. Although, part of that probably comes from the fact that he left Sebastian at home.

Ah, and tomorrow's Quidditch practice is canceled, Slytherin.

It's dreadfully boring around here, now that father's gone back to Paris for work. So I'll be taking a trip, since I've missed so much while I've been at school. When I got home, Sebastian gave me a stack of missed invitations. I don't see why he didn't send the whole lot of them to me at Hogwarts, so that I could at least acknowledge them, or why he waited until the last possible minute to set up the necessary Portkeys.

I don't even know why I keep him around, honestly. Although, the fact that he won't finish until tomorrow gives me time to pack my things. First stop is Las Vegas, my poor friends there probably think I'm dead. I hope I don't disappoint them.

I have to make sure I bring gloves this time.
