Are the unattached masses really so insecure about it that they have to be fretting over Saint Valentine's already? By having the forethought to insist that you don't care two weeks ahead of time, you're being contradictory. And of course, mind-numbingly irritating.

As for me, I only wish that I could be home for it. My father tends to brood.

Hm, I see what you mean. Though I've seen that some try to celebrate Valentine's day with friends in...you know, in a non-relationship kind of thing.
